Ordered from jump got chicken inn delivered??? Had to wait an hour and a half for food ( don't t mind if I was informed) food arrived cold, burger bun was stale rock hard with floppy chips. Milkshakes where just okay thick but can barly tast the difference. Pizza was deep pan ( not mmentioned on menu) all round disappointed won't order from either chicken inn or jump works ss seem to be the same place !!!

Chicken was so greasy, the brown bag and the box the chicken came in fell apart and half my order fell on the floor. Never had an issue from here before.

Poor service. One of the items ordered wasn’t correct on delivery. I called and was advised that I could have the item on my next order as it’s a weekend and they’re busy. I asked for what was ordered to be delivered given that it was someone’s meal. I was told that I would receive a call back in 5 minutes to sort the issue out. Unsurprisingly no one has called back an hour later. I won’t be ordering again due to the service which is a shame as the other food was enjoyed by those who ate it.

Food ok bit cold. but came from chicken inn not jumpworks as all the menus that came with the food was for chicken inn.

Chicken Inn is advertising themselves as jump works ..they also didn't deliver my 2 cans and bottle even after I phoned and told them a few times ..they are very dodgy people at chicken in and I will be going further with this.

Completely utter waste of time ordered food from what I thought was the jump works so turned up at jump works and it wasn't the jump works told be told its the old pp work ran it as these are pretending to be them so went to the the chicken hut at 5.13 wen the order was suppose to be ready at 5 told be told it wasn't and had to wait. Do not use these con men wasting people time

We waited over 2hrs , our order had gone to the wrong address. When I rang to see where it was I was told it had gone to the wrong address but they was going to make it again and send it out as priority. When it did arrive it was cold and I think they had just retrieved it from the address it had been delivered to and then brought to us. Obviously we couldn’t eat it as we didn’t know if it had been tampered with. Very poor indeed

This takeaway is not The Jumpworks Takeaway. I will say that again, ordering from here does not get you food from The Jumpworks it gets you food from The Chicken Inn. Totally unacceptable and decietful.

Ordered from jumpworks website received food from chicken inn. Compared the prices, jumpworks is more expensive than chicken inn. Was charged more and not notified the food was coming from a different establishment. The order took over an hour to arrive and all of the food was cold

Listen, this is a bit of a backwards review but I'm hoping it works. I love jumpworks, I really do, it's my favourite takeaway in Accrington. The food is ace, they put so much toppings on everything, loads of cheese, the deals are great but please.... stop forgetting the sauces !! Like you have to pay for them so it's just like buying another food or drink item but the amount of times they don't come, last night included.... and I'm not going to make you trail all the way back out with a tub of sauce. I've given you 5stars bc when you get it right you're the best.... I'm hoping this will work. Ta x

My order did not come from the jumpworks takeaway. This takeaway is being advertised as being the jumpworks but is actually the chicken inn. Really feel deceived by that. Not only that but the chicken tasted ''different'' (Pidgeon probably) tiny gravy tub was only half filled, no red salt when clearly specified. Wont be using this website of this takeaway again. Watch out people
